We are delighted to celebrate the success of four girls who received recognition for their outstanding entries to the Historical Association’s Young Historian of the Year Award. Through their enthusiasm, creativity and rigorous historical research, the girls produced exceptional projects that demonstrated a deep engagement with the past and an impressive understanding of historical enquiry. We congratulate them on this well-deserved recognition and are proud to see their passion for history acknowledged at an international level.
Spirit of Normandy Trust Primary for individual work on any aspect of British involvement in the Second World War:
- Sophia (Year 5) – runner up
- Marlena (Year 6) – runner up
- Sage (Year 5) – highly commended
Primary Ancient Civilizations for individual work relating to an Ancient Civilisation:
- Arianna (currently in Year 7 Sloane Square) – “We felt that Arianna’s thoughtful and extensive exploration of the Viking World was the best of the non-classical entries.”
