This year’s Year 6 residential trip to the Isle of Wight proved to be an unforgettable finale to our girls’ prep school journey, marking the end of one cherished chapter and the exciting beginning of another. Across an action-packed week, pupils threw themselves wholeheartedly into a wonderful array of activities – abseiling, giant swings, zipwires, archery, sailing and so much more – with the kind of courage and camaraderie that made staff enormously proud. True to tradition, the weather had other ideas, swinging between glorious sunshine and enthusiastic downpours, yet nothing dampened the spirit or determination of our remarkable girls. As the days drew to a close, evenings brought their own magic, with lively rounds of Cluedo, Passport to the World, and a glittering disco to round off each night in style. It was a week that will live long in the memory – for pupils and staff alike – a perfect send-off as our Year 6 girls prepare to embark on their next great adventure.
