On Wednesday, Year 1 and 2 enjoyed their first Foresters trip of the academic year to Belgrave Square. This is to prepare them for their next Francis Holland Foresters adventure to Norbury Park. The girls began the morning with a nature senses scavenger hunt, using their sight, hearing, touch and smell to explore the natural world around them. They then got creative using natural materials to design and make their own woodland creatures. Once their creations were complete, the girls used a range of exciting adjectives to describe and label them – we were very impressed by their shooting star word choices! It was a great morning for the girls to work together and connect with nature.
