On the final two Sundays of June, our Exam Ballet groups rounded off the Summer Term by taking their Royal Academy of Dance ballet examinations. As always, our girls acted like complete professionals and persevered through the heat and humidity, each leaving their exam with a beaming smile and slightly rosier cheeks. It was wonderful to watch an array of excitement and nerves come together after many terms of preparation. We saw Year 1s taking their very first RAD exam while the Year 5 girls, who are well seasoned in the process, took it all in their stride and were super role models to the younger years. Some lucky dancers even got to watch our senior FHS vocational dancers warming up for their major exams – very special!
