As part of their year-end Creative Writing project, Year 6 pupils proudly showcased the first three chapters of their self-authored novels in a special event for parents. Spanning a wide range of genres – from gripping mysteries to heartfelt adventures – each piece reflected the imagination and hard work of its young author. The pupils also designed striking book covers to complement their stories, adding a personal and creative touch. Impressively, every novel was read and reviewed by a professional publisher of children’s literature, who provided each pupil with constructive feedback and individual accolades, which the children eagerly shared with their proud families on the day.
