Our first-ever Prep4Sport football sleepover trip was an action-packed weekend filled with excitement and football fun! The girls had an amazing time at St George’s National Training Centre, where they made the most of the world-class facilities. They were scoring lots of goals to secure multiple victories across the two days of matches and had the opportunity to experience top-tier recovery activities, including hydrotherapy and using the underwater treadmill at the rehab facility.

When they weren’t on the pitch, the girls enjoyed downtime in the games room, playing table tennis, table football, and FIFA on the PlayStation. They also had the chance to visit the first team changing room and the tactical briefing room, giving them a real sense of what it’s like at the highest level. The girls had a blast trying Teqball, testing their skills in a fun and challenging way. The indoor futsal session was another highlight, allowing them to sharpen their skills in a different setting. They also explored the expansive grounds, with a special visit to the iconic Sir Bobby Charlton Pitch, making the weekend truly unforgettable. It was a fantastic blend of football, fun, and team bonding!
