On Wednesday, Year 1 delighted their audience with a wonderful performance of Jack and the Beanstalk! The girls wowed everyone with their storytelling, actions, and singing as they retold the story of Jack and his encounter with the fierce giant. A crowd favourite was definitely Fee-Fi-Fo-Fum, where the girls showed off their best giant poses and scary faces. Every girl delivered their lines with confidence and expression, impressing the audience with their ability to memorise them off by heart.
After the performance, the girls were excited to show their parents the amazing work they have produced this term in our ‘open classroom’ event. The girls beamed with pride as they confidently discussed their writing, maths problem-solving, and artwork.
