On Tuesday morning, our talented Year 5 musicians treated an appreciative audience to a truly inspiring Coffee Concert. With 21 performers taking to the stage, the concert showcased an impressive variety of musical talents across piano, violin, guitar, trumpet, and voice.
The children had clearly prepared their performances with great care and dedication, and presented them with remarkable confidence and maturity. The audience was captivated by a diverse programme that included crowd favourites such as Fly Me to the Moon, Scarborough Fair, Für Elise, My Favourite Things, and a couple of much-loved numbers from Matilda.
Each and every performance was a testament to the pupils’ hard work and passion for music. The level of expression and musical skill on display was exceptional, making for a morning that was both uplifting and memorable.
A huge well done to all of our Year 5 performers – you should be incredibly proud of your achievements! I am personally very excited to see how your musical talents continue to flourish next year.
