U11 Netball Tournament hosted by Thomas’s Clapham
To kick start our half term with some sport, nine of our Year 6 Netball players joined eight other teams from across South West London to take part in the Joanna Thomas Netball tournament at Thomas’s Clapham on Saturday 14th October. The progress in our team since the start of term was evident, with lots of goals being scored throughout the event. Congratulations to Amanda who was nominated as the most influential player of the day.
Year 6 Netball v Hill House
On Monday 30th October, in a day of competitive netball action v Hill House, one of our teams emerged victorious with a stunning performance. They displayed exceptional teamwork, precision passing, and solid shooting. Our other teams faced tough challenges and couldn’t secure victory, but they showcased admirable determination and sportsmanship throughout the matches, leaving the PE Department excited for their future encounters. Congratulations to Celina and Nadia for being nominated star players for their teams.
Year 3 Netball v Brighton College Kensington
Our Year 3 Netball girls were very excited for their first ever matches against Brighton College Kensington on Thursday. I was so impressed with the way the girls supported each other, both on the court and on the sidelines. Congratulations to Helena for being nominated as star player, and Ava for scoring some brilliant goals!
