Last weekend, Year 6 girls took a trip to Bisham Abbey National Sports Centre to compete in a netball tournament. The girls played ferociously in the group stages, finishing the first day undefeated. Sunday morning brought some sleepy, but happy, faces over their fry ups. The playoffs began and we managed a win to move onto the semi-finals, where we would face York House, who knocked us out at St George’s Park at the same stage! Unfortunately, history repeated itself and we narrowly lost out in extra time. This meant we were then battling for 3rd and 4th place, where, once again, extra time was not our friend. The girls played amazingly all weekend, finishing 4th out of nine schools and with a bucket load of memories. Well done, team!
