Year 6 has been privileged to receive a series of talks on the topic of leadership from Mrs Bodrova, who is an Executive Director, Entrepreneur, Solutionist and Executive Board Advisor specialising in corporate growth strategy, transformation and international business development.
The series formed part of the Year 6 Enrichment Programme. The girls learned about an array of topics focused on leadership: the importance of vision, alignment and emotional intelligence; how to understand and manage change; and the different leadership styles. Mrs Bodrova is a truly inspirational speaker and has provided the girls with wonderful insights into how to become a successful leader. They will take this skillset into their respective Senior Schools as an additional string to their already impressive bows!
