In our recent Friendology lessons, we have been exploring the theme of change and the exciting transition to our new school site at Manresa Road. Change can be both exhilarating and challenging, especially when it comes to making new friends. As our girls settle into their new environment, we encourage them to embrace the positives that lie ahead. The opportunity to forge new friendships is one of the most rewarding aspects of this transition.
Dana Kerford, founder of URSTRONG, has created a video to remind the girls of the four key strategies to make new friends. The video is particularly directed at the Year 2 – 4 age group but can be watched together with the younger girls. We hope it will be beneficial to help in any discussions you may have.
