We are working hard at our school to create a culture of kindness among the students. To do this, we have embraced URSTRONG’s proactive approach to bullying. For starters, the word “bullying” is so misused – nobody knows what it means anymore. Anti-bullying is reactive. Let’s be proactive! It is important to note that we believe over 90% of girls’ fallouts that happen at school are, what URSTRONG calls, “Friendship Fires®”.
